Getting started
Convya is in private beta with a small group of pioneer planners. Apply through our access page and we'll reply within a few days. We're onboarding planners one at a time so we can support each one properly.
Primarily wedding planners and agencies who want to deliver a beautiful, mobile-first site for every couple without burning hours in a website builder. Couples planning their own wedding are welcome too, but our day-to-day work is with planners.
A first draft usually takes under a minute once you've finished the short interview. From there, plan on a coffee's worth of time to fine-tune copy, swap images, and publish.
Sites and customization
Yes, fully. Convya gives you a strong starting point, then you stay in control. Edit text, swap images, change colours, restructure sections. Think of the AI as your first-draft designer.
Yes. Each published site gets a Convya subdomain by default, and you can point a custom domain (your client's or your agency's) at it.
It's mobile-first by design. Most wedding guests open the site on their phone the moment the invite lands, so we optimize for that view first and let everything else fall into place.
RSVPs and guests
Yes. Every site comes with a built-in RSVP form and a guest list dashboard. Responses flow straight to you (or the couple), with no third-party tool needed.
Yes. You can export RSVPs as CSV for seating plans, caterers, or your favourite spreadsheet.
It's a personal page for each guest, opened from a link only they have. It carries the wedding details and the table they're sitting at, and it's where the shared photo album opens on the day. Switching it on for a wedding costs credits.
Convya sends the link in the RSVP confirmation email, and again in every reminder email or WhatsApp message you send. You can also copy one guest's link from the guest list and pass it on yourself. Each link belongs to one guest, so it shouldn't be forwarded, and it only works while the invitation card is switched on.
Pricing and partnership
Pricing is being shaped with our pioneer planners. If you join the beta, you lock in founder pricing. Whatever we settle on at public launch, your seat keeps the early rate.
It's on the roadmap. We want planners to feel like Convya is an extension of their studio, not a third party. Talk to us about what white-label would mean for your workflow.
No lock-in. You can cancel any time, and we'll work with you to make sure your couples' sites stay reachable through their wedding date.
