Designing for modern RSVPs
What we learned about guest flows, reminders, and clarity.
RSVPs sound simple: yes or no. But in practice, guest management is one of the most stressful parts of planning any event. Guests forget to reply, lose the link, or struggle with confusing forms.
When we designed Convya RSVPs, we started from the guest experience. Every RSVP form is short, mobile-friendly, and requires no account creation. Guests tap a link, fill in their details, and they are done.
On the host side, responses flow into a clean dashboard with real-time counts. You can see who has responded, who has not, and follow up with a single click. No spreadsheets, no manual tallying.
We also learned that clarity matters more than features. Guests want to know exactly what they are confirming: the date, the venue, and what to expect. That is why every Convya RSVP page includes the essential event details right alongside the form.
